Adam did a nice job of explaining our options and providing different financing scenarios to compare total costs. We never felt pressured, it was a good experience.

Near perfect. He was able to secure a fair price on my new vehicle and a nice bump above average book for my trade. The only breakdown was maybe too heavy of reliance on electronic communication. Although timely, I didn't receive one communication in particular that was critical. Adam did not follow up with a phone call to make sure I received it. That said, everything worked out in the end 😊.
