Hello! I’ve been servicing vehicles and providing exceptional service since 2021, and look forward to more years with the Luther Brookdale Honda family. My father was a mechanic for over 40 years, so it’s no surprise that growing up working on cars would lead to me joining the auto world. Guests enjoy working with me due to my friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to helping them create a plan to ensure their vehicles continue to run smoothly and safely. As a native of Minnesota, I graduated from Foley High School and St. Cloud Technical College, where I was on the Dean’s list. In my free time, I love anything about sports. I played football, basketball, and baseball in high school and recreational volleyball year-round. I’m a true fan of Minnesota sports!

Though service could not be done on my car he was comunicative and undersanding to my unique situation. He informed me every step of the way while waiting for parts and even informed management in the event he couldn't be there to fix my car when tires had arrived. He was very professional and friendly.

My overall experience was terrible. I was dealing with Tim and Pao, Im not sure how Adam is a being reviewed for this. Tim the service manager repeatedly dropped the ball and I went for almost a month without my vehicle due to the issues.

It seems that programming the card key is new, but Adam took the time with the team to do it. He then took the time to try it with us, to listen, to answer questions. I summary: Time given to the customer in a friendly way goes a long way. Thank you!

I had my brake light replaced, and I need to go back because it's out again. Also, the technician left the bulb in the back end, and I almost put my hand on it, and left the paper for his feet crumbled and thrown on the passenger side floor. Normally my experience is good this time not so much.
