My experience with Alex was great. The experience of getting the recall fixed was horrible. I called to make that appointment way back in February. That was when the part was finally available. When the scheduler told me they couldn't get the vehicle in for SIX MONTHS I asked why. The response was "I'm just the scheduler." When the day finally came for the appointment, it only took one hour. The very next day, however, I had to bring the vehicle back in because the check engine light came on. Apparently, the fuel pump (the recall item just fixed the day before) had to be replaced again. This time it took two hours. At least I didn't have to wait six months to get it fixed the second time. Needless to say, I'm not happy, but Alex wasn't the problem. Nor was there much he could do about it.
