I'm a Sales Associate at Luther Brookdale Honda, and I've been selling Hondas for about 7 years, starting right after graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2018 with a degree in Business Management, a minor in Strategic Communication, and another in Political Science. Originally from Le Sueur, Minnesota, I bring a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of the vehicles. I'm also a member of the Honda Council of Sales Leadership. I enjoy helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs, and I'm proud to have built relationships with many repeat customers who have purchased multiple Hondas from me over the years. I focus on really listening to customers and sharing my product knowledge. Outside of work, I played rugby in college, and I love following the NFL and NBA. Not good. He knew I was interested in the truck he never went out to look at it or to drive it to make sure it was ready for showing. He didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about vehicles he didn’t go to anybody to make sure the customer was happy. I had to do that on my own. I should have bought from someone else Like another dealership. This truck was in bad shape for showing and driving. And I still haven’t received my gas card /car wash card that the closing guy told me I was getting in 6 days! He was another gem. Kind of a dick he didn’t wanna hear anything about your experience and nothing was his problem just let’s sign and go had an arrogant attitude not customer friendly. The staff sucked. After I sent the truck back to get detailed because there was dirt everywhere hay in the back seat I said keep it for a day and get it done right don’t rush it. So I signed the paperwork and went out to look the truck over and had to send it back AGAIN because the back seat was still dirty and hay and dog hair in the back seat. How does a multi million dollar company sell 25000 vehicles like that and treat customers like that. The sales guy never once apologized or showed a concern the closing guy couldn’t care a less about shit and would probably rather you not talk and just sign and leave. The WORST buying experience I have ever been through ever. No one did anything or offered anything to make it right besides offer to give me a good deal on gap insurance WTF it still costed me more $ I turned it down. Upper management should be ashamed of this. You can look me up on FB I as m friends with thousands of people and businesses and you can bet if I don’t here of anyone from there I’m gonna start putting it on blast. I mean come on I haven’t even got my holiday card yet for the $6 car washes and gas discount that the closing guy said I was gonna get in 6 days. It’s been over a month now. Poor $ hungry don’t care about there customers business ship.

Brent is very informative on the Honda brand. He’s worked with them for over seven years. When we had questions around the engine, resale value , and recent critiques of the model he met us with an answer for everything. It was a pressure less experience and we are just so pleased with our vehicle but also our purchasing experience from start to finish.
