I enjoyed our experience with Hicham but he was very busy with other things while helping me and my wife. There are things we had to figure out on our own with the new vehicle, but he did explain several items on the vehicle on how to use and he did set up my wife's phone to the vehicle. One thing we had to figure out was how to lock and unlock the vehicle, LOL.
