Ian was great. I was not a motivated buyer and just checking options for upgrading Pilot. He was not overbearing or pushy or I would have walked out. He listened to what I was looking for, offered other options as well and in the end fulfilled exactly what I was looking for. I would seek his service in the future but hoping that is not in the near future.
