Hello! I'm Jacqueline and am a sales associate here at Luther Brookdale Honda. I grew up in Chanhassen, MN. I'm fairly new to the business but thanks to the awesome team I get to work with I've learned a lot in the last year about car sales. It feels good to stand behind an awesome brand that sells itself. I'm a busy body, love to help people, and make sure I have fun doing it! When I'm not here, I enjoy playing golf, listening to music, and being with my doggo Razz (my little razzmanian devil). My goal is to build as many relationships as I can in this career so come buy a car from me and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Jacqueline was great! Very helpful, flexible in scheduling, answered all my questions, and was really nice to work with. She took me throughout the whole experience, including setting up the entertainment system and a walkthrough of features.

She was absolutely amazing, she made everything easy to understand and even stayed late one night to accommodate my working similar hours. She was very good at communicating right away via text, and overall made this an easy and fun experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, Jacqueline did fine as a sales person during the shopping around phase. However, when we try to get in contact with her or anyone at the dealership on questions after the "sale" we got nowhere with no returned phone calls. We struggled with being told completely different things from our sales person and the finance guy. We got the feeling they were upset with us for paying for the vehicle ourselves and not opting in on any of the dealership extras. Also, trying to get the trial period for Honda Link set up was a nightmare, again no clear answers from anyone at the dealership.
