It was a pleasure to work with Jaquan. My initial introduction to Jake over the phone for a general question that lasted less than 5 minutes convinced me that I wanted to work with him in a purchase of my new car. He was a true professional. He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted. He listen to me. He wasn’t pushy but very patient. On day of pick up he spent a significant amount of time to explained all the features of the car. He knew it was important for me to understand how the GPS/ car play navigation system worked since I was new to Minnesota. I had been at two other Honda dealers in Minnesota and was disappointed in the lack of respect and patience that I have received from the sales people. I would highly recommend you ask for Jake Ford & go to Luther Brooklyn, Honda, Minnesota where they didn’t nickel and dime me for the tinted windows and pulsating brake system that came with the car. Thank you Jake for making my purchase pleasant. I love my new car!
