About Johan
Growing up in Fridley, I spent a lot of time at Luther Honda dealerships with my parents. I always noticed how well they were treated compared to other places, which is why I’m proud to stand behind the Luther Brookdale Honda and Honda brands today. I try to bring my authentic self to every interaction, which is a natural host who believes in treating everyone as a friend. I’m passionate about building real connections and providing a satisfying experience that my guests will remember. Outside of work, I spend my time practicing Jiu Jitsu, playing guitar, and cooking. I’m a fan of Star Wars, Radiohead, Attack on Titan, and have travelled to places like Sweden and Iceland - but I'm always down for an adventure. I've been with the team since June of 2026, and I enjoy being in an environment where I can learn from everyone I meet. Whether we’re talking about music, movies, or just swapping stories, I’m always looking to walk away from a conversation having learned something new. I look forward to working with you.

Johan was absolutely great. We researched the vehicle of choice for months. I kept my last Honda 15 years. This is my Third Honda new car purchase. He was thoughtful, understated, respectful and honest. More than once answering a question he said”I’m not sure give me a moment and I’ll find out”. I live in northern MN. I knew from my research what was on the BROOKDALE lot. That’s why we drove to that location. We were greeted by another sales person who judged “book by cover” he handed off to Johan. God loves me, I was thrilled. This young man has character. I’ve run companies, my husband runs a company. If he lived in Northern Minnesota I would steal this employee. He doesn’t have a condescending bone in his body, I hope the others do not rub off on him. I’m so happy I bought my car there from Johan. My local service mechanics purchased my used car at book value. I would have purchased this Honda as all prior, in Duluth at Krenzen. They had no Pilot elite on the lot. Our drive was worth it because of Johan. I love the Honda Pilot Elite even if I didn’t get the rear mat that was in the lesser model( sales manager said $320 if you want that mat).I asked the elite is a step above that one shouldn’t it come with this version. I bought one from weather tec, but I was disappointed to say the least 60K later. Johan was great end of story!
