Hi, I'm from Robbinsdale, MN, and have lived here for over 20 years. I've been lucky enough to spend time in Amsterdam and Oslo, Norway, too. Grandkids adore me – which is a great test of patience, I think! I've been a Honda sales representative at Luther Brookdale Honda since 2001, and a proud member of the Honda COSL for 20 years. My Honda experience goes back even further – I’ve been driving them since 1984. I attended the University of Minnesota (Duluth) and a huge Minnesota Vikings fan. My hobbies include golf, fishing, downhill skiing, darts, billiards, and attending grand openings of major movie releases (I'm a bit of a movie buff!). I also enjoy discussing the North Shore and, of course, Viking football. I know Honda products inside and out, but I’m happy to talk about all types of cars. I'm easy to work with, task-oriented, and definitely not pushy. I'm confident I can help you find the Honda that best suits you :)

Jon was good and things went smooth. I only wish the dealership would change the policy of not working on "previously salvaged" vehicles. We still have an older Honda Odyssey that has a "previously salvaged" title, which means it has been repaired and passed inspection. For the dealership with a policy of not even being able to change oil on this vehicle is wrong in my opinion. If my review can help make this policy change then I feel the dealership listens to customers. We do love our new Odyssey and hope that if it ever gets damaged the dealership will work on it. Thanks Jon for making the paperwork go smoothly and we have the title with "Or" instead of "and" between the two owners names!
