He took time to explain our options and vehicle features, was quick to listen, and great at communicating with us via in person, text, and email. He was a perfect example of a professional  and knew what he was doing, making sure you understand what each vehicle has to offer and are happy with your decision. 
The moment I appreciated him the most was when I asked about a specific car on their website in the late evening when he wasn’t at work. I asked if it was still available and told him I was very interested in it. He responded immediately and booked an appointment for me  to look at it at my soonest availability. I ended up purchasing that very car. Without his quick response, I may have not ended up with it.

Hi, I'm from Robbinsdale, MN, and have lived here for over 20 years.  I've been lucky enough to spend time in Amsterdam and Oslo, Norway, too.  Grandkids adore me – which is a great test of patience, I think!  I've been a Honda sales representative at Luther Brookdale Honda since 2001, and a proud member of the Honda COSL for 20 years. My Honda experience goes back even further – I’ve been driving them since 1984.

I attended the University of Minnesota (Duluth) and a huge Minnesota Vikings fan.  My hobbies include golf, fishing, downhill skiing, darts, billiards, and attending grand openings of major movie releases (I'm a bit of a movie buff!).
